Starling Collaborative (https://www.starlingcollaborative.org/) is a non-profit organization focused on restorative practices, mindfulness, equity, social emotional learning, and trauma-informed approaches. Starling Collaborative works with schools, organizations, and innovative thought partners to build communities of care, dignity, and accountability where ALL members can thrive.
We are seeking an experienced volunteer to help us draft our initial personnel policies. Work can be done remotely at your convenience. We offer a very flexible volunteer schedule that works around your availability.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and reviewing personnel policies from other organizations that align with holistic, restorative principles and philosophies
- Drafting a new policy that is tailored to our organization's specific needs
- Working collaboratively with us to refine and revise the initial draft
