Need someone to check sidewalks daily for snow conditions either in person or on camera.
Monitor periodically throughout the storm, shovel as necessary, every two to three inches.
Maintain safe access to and inside trash building as well as access to community building by keeping walks shoveled and applying ice melt.
After the storm is over, clear the path on every deck to the back door to accommodate egress and maintain the ability to open the back door at a full 90 degrees.
While clearing the deck, clear snow from the heating exhaust vent.
Clear path around the back of buildings connecting path to decks to maintain safe egress.
