Hi everyone!
We're Aging in Place with Pets. Our unique nonprofit organization is dedicated to helping older adults, adults with disabilities, and other vulnerable populations throughout our greater Burlington community to take care of, and keep, their pets.
Our kind, compassionate, and nonjudgemental volunteers (who we refer to as "Coaches") provide Participants in our "Tuesday and Thursday Program" with social and emotional support and physical assistance to ultimately help them and their pets stay together.
