We'll start to set up at 7:30 for registration at 8 and it should be over just after 11AM, with lots of time for you to enjoy the rest of the day.

3. If you have any other issues regarding your volunteer shift
Also, we love it when people bring friends! On the flip side, we carefully plan the number of people who are scheduled to be at bike parking. If you do want to bring someone else along, please choose two slots instead of one. Important! This means that you are committing to filling those two slots, so if your partner cannot come, you will be responsible for filling that second slot.
