Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center

Who We Are

Mission: To promote accountability, healing, and community involvement through restorative justice practices.

The Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center is a local intervention program that works to restore crime victims and communities to health and wholeness by supporting participants to engage in repairing harm and making amends. We believe all human beings need strong meaningful relationships to thrive. Our organization serves the towns of both Grand Isle and Franklin counties in Vermont.

What We Do

Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice offers a range of services, including victim-offender dialogues, restorative justice panels, conflict resolution training, and reentry support for individuals reintegrating into the community after incarceration. They also provide programs aimed at reducing recidivism, such as accountability boards, educational workshops, and community service opportunities. By engaging victims, offenders, and the community, the organization strives to create meaningful outcomes that promote healing and reduce future conflicts.
