Mission: To help small businesses grow and achieve their goals through mentoring and education.
For more than 60 years, SCORE has served as America’s premier source of confidential business mentoring and education. Through a nationwide network of more than 300 chapters and 10,000 volunteers, SCORE helps small business to start up, grow, and achieve their goals.
What We Do
SCORE Vermont is an all-volunteer organization serving the state of Vermont. Our home office is in Burlington with virtual branches throughout the state. Mentors with extensive and wide-ranging business experience provide face-to-face and online counseling for new and existing businesses. We also offer workshops, roundtables, and seminars covering topics from how to write a business plan to marketing to accounting and finance.
Whether you have an idea or a new business you would like to explore, you are starting a new business and need guidance, or you have an existing business and need help to grow or manage, SCORE can help you realize your dream. For over 50 years, Vermont SCORE has assisted Vermonters to start, run, and grow businesses. Our services are free and confidential.
