Who We Are

Mission: To nourish the community and offering essential support to neighbors facing hunger and hardship.

The North End Food Pantry is a volunteer-run organization located in the North End of Burlington, Vermont, dedicated to providing free food, clothing, and personal care items to individuals and families in need. The pantry is situated at 1416 North Avenue, Burlington, Vermont, in the basement of the Odd Fellows Lodge. It is accessible by public transportation, with bus routes serving the area, and offers ample parking in the rear for those driving.

What We Do

Services Offered:

  1. Food Assistance: The pantry provides a variety of non-perishable food items, fresh produce, and perishable goods to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. This service is available without any application process or eligibility requirements.
  2. Clothing and Personal Care Items: Free clothing, including seasonal attire, and personal care products are available to those in need. The pantry also distributes diapers, particularly sizes 5, 6, and 7, to support families with young children.
  3. Community Support: The pantry fosters a sense of community by offering a welcoming environment where individuals can access essential resources and connect with others facing similar challenges.
