Monster Bash Volunteer Crew Call
The 2025 Monster Bash (Pirate themed) is set for Friday, October 24, 2025 at The Old Lantern, Charlotte, VT, and we need an awesome crew to help us make the night sparkle.
Volunteer Shifts
Set-Up Days-
• Monday, October 20 – Shift 4-8 PM (any 2 hour window in that time frame)
Tuesday, October 21 – Shift 4-8 PM (any 2 hour window in that time frame)
Wednesday, October 22 - Shift 4-8 PM (any 2 hour window in that time frame)
• Tasks: Tables/chairs, Halloween & Pirate décor set up & signage, check-in setup,
Event Check In & Take-Down Crew (Night-of) October 24th
• Time: 6:30PM - 8:30 PM or 11AM - late
• Tasks: Check in guests as they arrive, pack décor, breakdown tables & casino, loadtruck, quick venue sweep

• Individuals, friends, families, teens, teams & clubs
• Anyone who loves creating joyful community magic and doesn’t mind a little lifting
• Tasty snacks and candy
• The good feeling of helping fund free sailing on Lake Champlain for people navigating cancer
• Community service hours documented for school if wanted
What to Wear / Bring
• Cheerful energy
• Comfy shoes, layers (costumes welcome for take-down!)
• Water bottle
• Friends – the more the merrier!
