What We Do

Champlain Community Services offers a range of programs to support individuals with intellectual and  developmental disabilities, including employment services, youth transition programs, lifelong learning opportunities, housing support, service coordination, and self-advocacy training.

CCS’ internationally recognized Way2Work program offers a unique continuum of employment and education supports that develop skills and opportunities for independent living and financial stability. Together its component initiatives (Bridging, School2Work, and our flagship Adult Employment program) offer supports from high school through retirement.

All CCS initiatives are individualized and community-based.
