Who We Are

Mission: To empower kinship caregivers by providing support, resources, and advocacy.

Vermont Kin as Parents (VKAP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting kinship caregivers—individuals who are raising children not their own due to various circumstances such as substance abuse, physical or mental health issues, incarceration, military deployment, or other reasons.

What We Do
